A native Central New Yorker, Ed Feldman studied ceramics at The State University of New York at Cortland. After graduating, he worked as a studio assistant to his mentor John Jessiman. He has taught at studios in Manhattan, New York as well as at Cornell University and Syracuse University. His work can be found in the permanent collection of the International Ceramics Museum in Foshan China as well as private collections in Korea, Japan, Europe, Mexico and the United States. Most recently he has exhibited at the national juried cup show at The University of Arkansas, Monticello and has been accepted in the History in the Making national juried show in Rochester, New York. His work is carried by the Chameleon Gallery in Cazenovia, New York and is now working in collaboration with Roji Tea Lounge to create one of a kind signature tea service sets. At present, he is a second year graduate student at Syracuse University and will graduate in 2009.
