#1 -- what a beautiful name you have
#2 -- thank you for a wonderful time at the oolong tasting today.
You taught us so much.... it is nice to have a teacher that is so understanding when we have questions as beginning tasters.... you made me feel welcome and comfortable. Learning with a group of tea lovers was fun too. The other people's opinions and ideas helped me better understand and appreciate each tea.
The teas were yummy and I learned a lot -- I think I have given up on putting sugar in my tea now that i can taste the differences between teas..... instead of just " I like this one" or "I don't like that one" without understanding why.
I wanted to think of a reason convince people that they really should go to roji..... I kept thinking what words could I use to entice people besides the usual "wonderful , fantastic, ..... " words they
always hear. I decided I will just shout (even though that does not
reflect the atmosphere of roji at all) GO TO ROJI!!!
Roji is like motherhood..... you can't understand just how good it is until you've been there.
I'll see you soon...

I enjoyed all of them and I'm not just saying that. Especially Osmanthus and oriental beauty. I enjoyed it very much and enjoyed the others in the tea tasting as well. Fun group of people.

Very fun and informative - It made me stop and think about my tea. And I was able to understand my tea from the larger context of teas!
Suggestions - more history discuss, where does it come from, who put the flavors/infusions together?

They were very good. Maybe more variety in terms of Oolong from different regions.
It would have been nice to know a bit more about Chinese names, processing, etc.

It really opened my eyes to the different feelings and tastes that each tea can invoke. It also made me more appreciative of the process and tradition of drinking tea.
It was very informative and a wonderful way to take a break this afternoon. Really stop and be mindful of touch, taste, smell, and sight. I enjoyed experiencing each tea.
