Hello!   <shortcut>   By the way, the sheets with steeping instruction really helped. They were very fascinating too. My whole family was excited when I started making tea for them because they wanted to know all of the benefits of the drink. Like me, none of them have really liked tea all that much, but that changed very quickly. They kept asking me, "Aren't you going to make tea today?"   It was really fun to have them try different ones each day. I can't wait to stop in again. :] Lisa

Dear Christian and Tomomi, To start I would like to thank you for running your tea lounge here in Syracuse. I just moved to the area to attend college and I am thrilled to be able to go out on weekends for a relaxing time drinking bubble tea. I have been there twice since the beginning of the semester and I plan to be there quite a bit throughout the year. It makes me a little sad that I've never liked tea that much, but after going to your tea lounge I hope that I can develope an appreciation for the taste so I can try all of them! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I didn't even realize we were in there for over an hour. The room has a beautiful Japanese setting which I fall in love with every time.   Lisa Eggleston

Hi Astria, I'll try to make our dessert a little less sweet. I know traditional sweets like adzuki is super sweet to go with intense green tea (like matcha). I am also not a fan of heavily sweet desserts. I prefer ones that have just enough sweetness that's not over powering the actual tea/flavor. Sorry for the rumbling, the point is, I realize sometimes I have to make an adjustment for the modern time, and I'll do it nicely. promise. Thanks for your honest comment. TOMOMI - roji tea lounge

My girlfriend and I stopped by Roji last Thursday (the day after Valentine's Day). It was supposed to be a surprise for her for Valentine's Day, but it was actually I who was surprised. I was so impressed by the quality of service and of everything we ordered. Our Bubble tea and Genmai cha were of the highest caliber. We also ordered the Rice balls with nori and they were absolutely delicious. Thank you Tomomi and Christian for such a great place to relax and enjoy life.
