What are Adzuki jelly?
Popular traditional paste made from Adzuki beans. (When we say beans, you might say yuck! but wait) We cook them for hours and they are sweetened with pure cane sugar so they are not the same as canned stuff!
They are rich in vegetable protein and consist of no animal fat and that’s good news for those who want to keep their cholesterol count low. It is abundant in high quality protein, and contains a good balance of lanolin acid, lanolin acid, vitamin E, B1, B2, B6, amino acid, calcium, phosphor, potassium, magnesium, and iron. It is also rich in vegetable fiber, which plays a crucial role in maintaining a good digestive system. No wonder people back in the days knew green tea and adzuki treats always worked for their nutritious relaxation.
What is Green tea powder - Matcha?
This grinded green tea, (from top grade green tea called Ten-cha), is dissolved in hot water and whipped to froth with a bamboo whisk. The practice of making whipped teas from powdered leaves, which originated in China, was adopted by the Japanese. It is still used today in the Japanese tea ceremony. It is high in caffeine (helped monks during long meditation), and also a nourishing drink that is high in vitamin C.
What is Mochi?
Mochi is made from rice flour that’s pounded to form a chewy gummy texture. Used in traditional Japanese sweets often. If you like bubbles (boba), you'll love them! Goes well with green teas.
What is Lychee?
It is a Chinese fruits which has hard red shell and inside has grape-ish texture and a big seed. It has it’s own exotic flavor. Some say it is closed to grapes or pears.

Bubble tea originated in Taiwan in the early 80’s and quickly spread across the world having been in the US for the last 10 years. It originally started as a sweet black tea with milk with Tapioca and offers a chewy treat to the drink. Now there are many varieties and flavors of bubble tea.

It is Tapioca which is made of cassava plant but bigger for fun and chewy texture!
