From the " Mad Tea Scientist"

Hi. This is Tomomi @ roji tea lounge.
I’ve been training my staff lately, as it is very important
to roji that we all know how to prepare teas in the
appropriate way to assist you with your great tea
experience. Yes, I’m famous for making job tough for my
staff (like each tea has different utensils etc) and they
become good at it and I’m very proud of them. All you need
to do is to come in and relax…
While training, it made me realize that how much the whole
process of waiting patiently while steeping relaxes me and
reward for waiting, which is the fine drink so precious and
revitalizing. Some customer call me “Tea Scientist” because
I sometimes come up with the weirdest experiments (all
tested on humans) and sometimes, we create great inventions
like Raspberry Chocolate tea! Sip by sip… (made me think of
good sake a little)
I think what I like the most about tea is that it makes
time stand still throughout the whole process.

You can choose between Chinese scenery and clear glass.
Chinese scenery one will take you to a trip to China in
minutes, and Clear ones - you can see through and watch the
beautiful tea leaves float up and down. It's called
"Jumping" when tea leaves go up and down and it is supposed
to make your tea taste better. A little secret... Very eye
pleasing cup.
Tea infuser
This can be used with any mug cup pots that you already
have. The gold mesh is pretty strong and it will last for a
long time. This is a great addition if you need a cup
faster.
