The neutral black and white abstract photographs fit very well within the space. What is a chemigram? Chemigram: One-of-a-kind photography. Chemigrams are the result of an alternative photography process and are otherwise known as chemical photograms. A chemigram is a photograph created by applying chemicals directly to the surface of light sensitive photopaper. There is no camera or negative involved. Essentially, it is like painting with chemicals. Different techniques are used on each chemigram, resulting in an amazing cosmic feel in each original work of art. Courtney Rile worked alongside painter Elijah Van Benschoten to create this series of chemigrams. Who is Courtney Rile?
