College Radio and the Music Industry?

Hello Again,
There are a couple of music events that I’d also like to
share with you.
WERW At Roji Series –Roji Tea Lounge in collaboration with
local music directors Mark Reppi and Aaron Katz of WERW
radio will feature there program Thursday April 24th from
8pm-9pm.
The idea is to bring awareness to College Radio and the
importance it can have on this city in bringing in
established acts and generating a true music scene in
Syracuse. This will be a once a week event at Roji and if
we can gain enough exposure through comments and petitions
move to have the show on an FM slot once a week. Let us

Also if you haven’t seen it displayed at the shop, the
Future of Music Coalition is holding a free seminar on
Tuesday April 29th @Jazz Central. It’s a non-profit
organization that educates musicians, label owners, and
students on the legal and professional hurtles of the
